Enjoyable stay.
Good: The pool facilities and the staff who made us very welcome. Sabry was a great bar host and provided great entertainment during our time there.
Bad: Smell in the rooms, rooms allocated that were undergoing maintenance resulting in the need for change during a short stay. Smoking everywhere, hard to find anywhere which is smoke free, especially with children….even smoking permitted in the pool!

Good: Housekeeping services are great.(UMER)

Nice location to visit,kindly visit the nearest Spa here in Alain for your body massage

Hotel is very nice! Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing and very accommodating!!! Ahmad greeted us every morning for breakfast with a pleasant smile and a latte!

Unprofessional guest service
Had a very bad experience with one of the club staff greeter ,sat watching mobile with headphones Infront of the club door and irresponsibly raised voice without a prior reason and least cared about guest satisfaction. Unprofessional attitude ruined our stay in hotel and never recommend any more Stayed in: Deluxe Oasis Room Stay length: 2 night(s)

Nice place for a few days while visiting with family in Al Ain

I was in the old fox pub bar & The place is nice, but the lighting is way too bright. It would be much better if they made it softer — it’s hard to relax with that much light.” The same problem every time we come to the place

The waiter Sabry was amazing each time he served us during our stay. I highly recommend the hotel in general for families. We really enjoyed our stay

Value for money
Good: The property is big and good value for money. The pools are large size and nice vibe
Bad: Poor house keeping, they don't throw the trash daily, poor cleaning. The pillows were not comfortable.

Great Stay for Families — Spacious, Clean, and Friendly!
Good: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a great experience for both adults and kids — we really enjoyed it! The breakfast buffet was good, though it would be even better with a few more options. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay — we’d definitely come back!

Bad: Too noise at the laby kids playing every where Shesha area kids playing football,running everywhere Tha watters brings orders and never came back to ask if need anythings

Good: Smooth arrival process, thanks to Mohammed for his exceptional service.
Bad: Everything was perfectly fine. Only the connecting room which we really can hear the other persons voice, quite a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully next time will be more privacy. Will be visiting again soon

Nice hotel, great potential, too bad they commercialised it so much to access the pool, but I guess they might need more
